This is a five week, 50 hour Yoga Alliance certified online course that ran live over April - May 2020. Dive into the subtle practices of yoga: meditation, pranayama and mantra with Rose Baudin, Bess and Tahl. Please note that this course is self-study only - there are no live components. Your access lasts for the lifetime of our online platform. Bess and Tahl will be available to answer questions via the comments section.
