This workshop series is designed to help bring practitioners into a state of flow. We'll be working in arenas in the body that are proven to relate to optimal states of flow similar to musicians being in the pocket or athletes being "in the zone". There will be asana, meditation, free movement and partner work, all with the intention of delivering us into the state of flow that creates an easeful, optimal dance through life.
We will establish and open new pathways in the body while moving through standing pose flows. This class invites one to open up new possibilities of potential inner rivers in order to find new vocabulary for the body. Incorporating some partner work and transitioning into more innovative flow sequences, this class will tickle your body's desire to utilise your entire self and to rebound and restructure and renew.
